Staff were incredible, especially at breakfast. Room was fabulous with comfy beds and a stunning bathroom overlooking the lively square. The hotel's design was trendy and cool. The location was ideal for exploring the charming old town area. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, featuring mouthwatering Portuguese specialties like pasteis-de-nata and bolo de arroz. The car park right next to the entrance was convenient. The staff went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room with a plate of delicious cookies. The room had a lovely terrace, and all the amenities like air-con and Wi-Fi were top-notch. The city's central location allowed for easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel's themed decor based on a famous poet created a unique and welcoming ambiance. The bathroom's massage shower was a jaw-dropping treat. The hotel provided a parking label to avoid extra charges. The friendly receptionist provided excellent recommendations for dining and shopping.

As a solo traveler, I loved the central location and convenient access to everything. The staff was excellent, making sure I was always comfortable and providing great service. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the old town from my balcony. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and included traditional pastries from the town.
Felt almost like at home, no complaints.

The rooms at Hotel José Régio are amazing! They have everything you need, like a desk, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The balcony is a nice touch too. It just feels so cozy and comfortable, perfect for budget travelers like me.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the hydromassage showerheads in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event as it provides excellent conference space and a meeting room. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and modern, making it a comfortable and functional space for work purposes. The complimentary wired Internet access and 24-hour business center were useful for staying connected and productive during my stay.
One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated printer or photocopying service. While the hotel had great amenities for business meetings and events, having access to a printer or photocopy machine on-site would have been convenient for printing important documents or making copies for the event.

The staff is dedicated, the breakfast great, the location is magnificent next to the centre of the town, and the central square. The room is reasonably spacious with pleasant views of old town. Nice touch to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The hotel provides an excellent service. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff at the hotel, especially during breakfast, were incredibly helpful and attentive.
The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to have a wider variety of pastries.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were always happy to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options. We also appreciated the complimentary cookies and kettle in the room, which were a nice touch. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with several key attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as the hotel only had a limited number of spots available and there was often competition for them. However, there were plenty of metered spots nearby that were reasonably priced.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff brought our breakfast straight to our room. We enjoyed the privacy of our bright, airy room with a stunning view of the town square. The convenient café downstairs with outdoor seating made it even better. We also had a positive experience with the housekeeping staff, as they found and returned some items we left behind.
The bed was too firm for our liking, a common issue we've encountered in hotels throughout Portugal. It would be helpful if the hotel asked guests about their bed preferences and offered a mattress topper for added comfort.

It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even brought breakfast to my room at the exact time I requested, allowing me to enjoy it in peace while overlooking the bustling town square. The room itself was bright, airy, and immaculately clean, providing me with the utmost comfort. I was truly impressed by the genuine kindness of the staff, which made my stay here even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.
